PRICING INFORMATION
  • Hall rental with kitchen for full day: $150.00 
    Note: $100.00 Security paid prior to event/ reimbursed after event)
  • Hall rental without kitchen for full day: $100.00 
    (Note: $50.00 Security deposit paid prior to event/ reimbursed after event)
  • Kitchen rental, without hall: $50.00
  • Christenings / birthday parties (4 hour maximum): $75.00
    Each additional hour: $25.00 / per hour
  • Chair rental per chair: $2.00
    Must be paid before taking chairs
  • Table rental per table $5.00
    Must be paid before taking tables
  • Meetings: $30.00
  • Funeral Dinners: Donation
(Note: Security deposit refunds will be decided upon by the officers of the Sheppton- Oneida Volunteer Fire Company. All decisions shall be final.)
 
The Sheppton-Oneida Volunteer Fire Company does not rent tables/chairs to private individuals.  Organizations requesting table/chair rental are required to submit a request for rental, in writing, at least 60 days prior to the day of rental.  The membership of the Sheppton-Oneida Volunteer Fire Company will make decisions as to the eligibility and cost related to such rental.  All decisions will be final.  The organization renting tables/chairs must sign a waiver of responsibility for any damage/loss to fire company property.  

The Sheppton-Oneida Volunteer Fire Company hall features a full service kitchen with large oven/stove, grill, cooler, freezer, and accomodations for 100+ people.  This makes our hall excellent for wedding receptions, showers, birthday parties, and graduations.  Many dates are available throughout the year.  Call or email the fire company for more information or to book a rental date.
