2008 Assistance to Firefighter Grant Program

The Sheppton-Oneida Volunteer Fire Company was notified by Congressman Tim Holden that our department received $16,197 through the Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program. This money will be utilized to purchase a RIT bag and new Hurst system. See our photos page for more the press release.

2010 Fund Drive

The Sheppton-Oneida Volunteer Fire Company is in the process of mailing the 2010 fund drive letter to all residents and businesses in and around East Union Township. This fundraiser represents the largest fundraising event that our company will partake in this year. Please take time to fill out the enclosed information and be generous when donating. If you did not receive a fund drive letter, please contact our office at (570) 384-4746. Thank you in advance for helping our cause. Please know that the revenue collected in our fund drive allows us to better serve you.

2010 Membership Drive

The Sheppton-Oneida Volunteer Fire Company is currently accepting dues for the 2010 Membership Drive. The cost is $5.00 for active and social members. Dues can be paid to Financial Secretary Kevin Hruniuk or any fire company member. Check the newspaper for times and locations of the membership drive.
