Monthly
Meetings
The regular monthly meetings of the Sheppton-Oneida
Volunteer Fire Company are held at our firehouse at 900 Center
Street, Sheppton on the first Tuesday of each month at 7p.m.
Membership
Applications
The Sheppton-Oneida Volunteer Fire Company is always
accepting applications for active members. Members are needed
for emergency response, fundraising, and administrative functions.
The Sheppton-Oneida Volunteer Fire Company accepts junior member
applications beginning at age 14. These applications for membership
must be co-signed by a parent or guardian. Senior members are
accepted at age 18. We provide all equipment and a positive volunteer
environment where every member is valued for their efforts. Interested
persons can stop at the firehouse for an application or can print
an application from our members page. Please complete the application
in it's entirety including background check and medical physical
page, sign it, and return it to any fire company member.
Our 2nd annual Spring Gun Raffle is tenatively scheduled
for May 2012. This gun raffle will be hosted by the Sheppton-Oneida
Volunteer Fire Company only. We will post updates and make announcements
when an official date has been chosen. Thank you for your continued
support of our gun raffles.

Monthly Bingo
Bingos for the Sheppton-Oneida
Volunteer Fire Company will be held on Sunday, February 12th with
an early bird starting at 1p.m. We will advertise reminders for
these Bingos in the Hazleton Standard Speaker newspaper, Pottsville
Republican newspaper and Shen-Heights TV. Please note that our
monthly Bingos are smoke-free. We host two monthly bingos in the
fall and winter months and one monthly bingo in the spring and
summer months. Our Bingo events feature many special games including
a lottery, mystery number, and Break the Bank specials with big
prizes and great food and refreshments. Thank you for your continued
support of our monthly Bingo.

Monthly Lottery Tickets
The Sheppton-Oneida Volunteer Fire Company sells
monthly calender lottery tickets for the even months and will
be selling gun tickets for the odd months of the year. We
feature the largest amount of prizes of any ticket around.
You won't find a better ticket than ours. See
any fire company member to purchase a ticket or call our office
at 570-384-4746.
Firefighters'
Rally for Support Golf Tournament
The 7th annual Firefighters'
Rally for Support Golf Tournament is scheduled for July 2012 at
Eagle Rock Resort. Anyone interested in golfing or becoming a
sponsor should call the firehouse at 570-384-4746.
